Aberdeen Nursing Agency has been a great support to our mother and the family. In what could have been a difficult time for our mother, as she is less able to look after herself and losing some of her independence, the ANA Carers have come in to support her in a compassionate and sensitive manner, which she has gratefully accepted. The Carers who look after our mother are warm, friendly, understanding and show empathy. Communication between Carers and family are very good. If there are any concerns or issues with regard to our mother they contact us immediately. The service supplied by Aberdeen Nursing Agency gives the family confidence that our mother is safe and well.
